Hurst Hannum is Professor of International Law at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and author of Autonomy, Sovreignty, and Self-Determination: The Accomodation of Conflicting Rights. Eileen F. Babbitt is Assistant Professor of International Politics and Director of the International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Program at the Fletchers School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.
