Jerome Preisler is the author of the New York Times bestselling Tom Clancy’s Power Plays series. Over his career, Preisler has had more than thirty books published, including five military histories, and has given talks on military topics at schools, museums, and army bases around the country. He lives in New York.

Tom Clancy's previous novels include The Hunt for Red October, Red Storm Rising, Patriot Games, Debt of Honor, Clear and Present Danger, Without Remorse, Executive Orders, and Rainbow Six.  He is co-creator of the Op-Center, Power Plays, and Net Force Series.  He lives in Maryland.
