About the Author

Jimmy Reed has an extensive background in the field of Real Estate Investing having bought, sold and managed over 300 units all by the age of thirty. Jimmy began his investment career in the late 1980’s while still working full time in electronics. Having developed a solid understanding of real estate investing, Jimmy went on to specialize in the areas of Wholesaling and cash flow Rentals.
After several years of success in the business and teaching 1 day trainings in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, a National Real Estate Consultant approached Jimmy to be involved with one of the countries top training organizations. So in May of 1997, he began teaching Wholesaling for that training company and later helped developed their one on one Mentoring program. These “training’s” put Jimmy in some of the hottest markets in the country such as Hawaii, New York, Cozumel, Mexico, Panama and even Costa Rica.
Currently, Jimmy is the founder of Real Estate Equity Development & Reed Investment Property’s which specialize in the buying and selling of wholesale real estate, and providing reality based information for others who want to learn about the exciting opportunities in real estate, and how to create residual income through rental properties. Along with creating the “Fast Track to Wholesaling” Training Camp he is also co author of “The Hidden Treasures and Profits of Probate” book. And the founder of www.1REclub.com real estate club located in Fort Worth, TX. When he is not busy buying property or conducting real estate training, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and their two children. He is also an active scuba diver, and has been involved in teaching financial training courses for church.
