About the Author

Porus Homi Havewala works as a Senior Manager (Enterprise Technology) at Oracle Corporation Singapore. He was awarded the Oracle ACE Director title by Oracle HQ in 2008, and after joining Oracle became an Oracle Employee ACE. He has extensive experience in Oracle technology since 1994, including as a Senior Production DBA, Principal Database Consultant, Database Architect, E‐Business Technical DBA, Development DBA, and Database Designer Modeler (using Oracle Designer of course). He has published numerous articles on Enterprise Manager on OTN, and created one of the world's first blogs dedicated to Enterprise Manager. He has authored two books on Enterprise Manager including the latest Managing Data Center Chaos using Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c.
