Overview

Out of Equilibrium provides a new method for understanding the nature of the disequilibria which characterize industrial advanced economies and often result in high levels of unemployment. Amendola and Gaffard develop an alternative theory that concentrates on the crucial role of coordination issues in relation to the process of capital accumulation which determines the evolution of the economy in the out of equilibrium processes stirred by different types of shock over time.
