He has completed medical internships at Brown University and University of Washington. His research paper, "The Effect of BCAA Supplementation in Aiding Muscle Soreness to Prevent Lateral Ligament Ankle Injuries in Basketball," was published in the American Journal of Sports Science and won first place in the 2023 Washington State Science and Engineering Fair.
