About the Author

Sinai Cota grew up in the heart of Barrio Logan, a lively and culturally vibrant Mexican community in San Diego, California, tucked away under the Coronado Bridge; Sinai values storytelling, authenticity and relationships. She graduated with a BA in Religious Studies, minors in Chicanx Studies & Communication from San Diego State University, and MA in Higher Education Leadership Studies from The University of San Diego. Sinai is a first time author, and vulnerably opens up about her personal healing process in sharing truth and finding self love.
