This book is a collaboration of Amy's written word and Benjamin's visual art. Each of them feeding off the other and amplifying in synergistic existence. It is an artistic record of their joint awakening. Although started as a joint venture, the primary focus is on Amy's words, without which, this book would not exist.

A quest to find love through awareness and enlightenment. These pages depict the first steps of self discovery, spiritual freedom and understanding of the universal potential in us all.

About the Author

Amy Kay (Amanda Kraft) was raised in Wisconsin, moving frequently with her father's repositioning of jobs. Due to the frequent moves, she found it hard to find her sense of belonging, being swallowed at times by bouts of depression. Searching for ways to cope with her depression, she turned to writing. Beginning with journals, and eventually writing poetry to reflect her moods, she finally found her release from pent up emotions. Emerging into adulthood, Amy married and had children at a young age. Ultimately her marriage fell apart after many years of turmoil, inspiring the beginning works in this book. As she pieced her life back together, her work began to reflect the wonderment of the love she had found for herself, life, and those around her.
