Patiently Waiting tells a story about a lady name Karenna who represent every woman that want to be love and appreciated. Facing obstacles and learning how to overcome. She dealt with financial struggles, school and raising three children as a single mother. As she taking care of her kids and trying to build strong character that attracks the right man for her life and family. Having a longing for something more like someone to love her, support her and treat her like Boaz treated Ruth from a story in the Bible. Every relationship she experience in her life felled short of her hopes and dreams. She had a encounter with God and everything changed. A revealing how she was living for herself and not God, so, she missing out the things God had for her. She had to face the task of relearning who she is and who God created her to be. She had a encounter with God which left an aroma when she came in contact with Kasey Maverick. A handsome, middle-aged man that seem out of her league socially, emotionally, financially and spiritually. Something from within gave her the impression that there was something special about him and it turns out he was her visible Boaz. Felt she was not ready for what he had to offer due to her residue of promiscuity, rape, depression, low self-esteem and feeling of unworthiness that seem never to wash away. She had to learn to wait and how to wait. In the midst of waiting she learn what patience was and how to endure what life have to bring.

About the Author
A single mother of four with an associate and bachelor’s degree in business management. Went to school for a master’s degree in creative writing and professional writing. The visionary of the praise dance group known as “Harmony from 2012 to 2014. And the owner of Kandy’s Notebook and Kandy’s Styles Unlimited, LLC.”
Kandy Yanna started writing in the sixth grade. God gave her the desire to share her writings in the form of a published book about ten years ago.
Patiently Waiting was her first published work and later decided to upgrade the book in 2020. She is currently working on two additional books; “The Alabaster Box” and “God’s Way or Nothing.” She also published three journals known as “Kandy’s Notebook Writer’s Journal” which can be found on Amazon.
Kandy Yanna believes all that she has endured to this point was by the grace of God and all she can say is thank you, Lord Jesus! God promised her that He would never leave her nor forsake her, and He has done just what He said.
It is her prayer unto God for all that reads Patiently Waiting to be touched, inspired, and encouraged. While waiting patiently for God’s perfect will for their lives and knowing He will show up on time.
