Peer Coaching in Higher Education describes a simple, five-step method for the improvement of teaching in colleges and universities. Gottesman explains the theory and practice of peer coaching, specifically describing its application among the faculty and students of five universities. Barbara L. Gottesman has been a teacher, principal, school reform agency director, and a department chair and professor in both education and educational leadership. She is currently a consultant for schools and colleges in peer coaching and is an aspiring artist and co-author of an art book.
