About the Author

Dr. Marayan Rodriques is the Head of the Department of English and Communication in a post-graduate management and social work education and research institute—SIBER at Kolhapur. He has triple Master’s degreesone in Linguistics in English, the another in American Literature and the third in Industrial Sociology. His doctoral research is accomplished in the area of Communicative Competence in Management’. His teaching career of two decades and active research in ‘Communication’ has earned for him an immense popularity among the students and academic world. He is known for his book Effective Business Communication, all over the country. He has presented a number of research papers in workshops/sympo-sium/ conferences. He teaches ‘Managerial Communication’ to the MBA Classes and ‘Social Communication’ to the MSW Classes.
