MYRAH BROWN GREEN, PhD, has taught textile arts and all levels of quilt making in the greater New York City area for more than 20 years. She has been involved in research focusing on world symbols in textiles for nearly a decade and contributed to Successful Quilting Library: Choosing Quilting Designs (Rodale, Inc., 2001). She has also been published in various magazines, newspapers, and quilting organization newsletters, and has had numerous quilt shows throughout the country.
