About the Author

Leo Mazzone was the pitching coach for the Atlanta Braves from 1979-2005, and for the Baltimore Orioles from 2006-2007. He worked with Baseball Hall of Famers such as Greg Maddux, John Smoltz, Tom Glavine.

Jim Rosenthal is a well-known health and fitness writer who has authored several books including Kiana's Body Sculpting, Lee Haney's Ultimate Bodybuilding, and Tony Gwynn's Total Baseball Player.
