About the Author

Rizwan Khan, a 20-year veteran police officer with the Indianapolis Police Department, has held multiple positions including uniform patrol, investigations and warrant service. He received a BS in Public Affairs from Indiana University, and is also an Oracle DBA consultant and book co-author.
