Overview

A synopsis of the ways modern Elites shape society. Emphasis is placed on how ideology is used to polarize the common people. At the upper levels, the polarization ultimately benefits the same people whether Capitalist or Socialist. Modern technology makes the formation of purposeful echo chambers dramatically easier. This is a warning on how bad it truly can get.

About the Author

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Stephanos Freeman grew up in Willard, Mo. a small country town which constantly resisted be- coming merely a suburb of Springfield. Being born at St. Johns Hospital, he has been a lifetime resident of the Greater Springfield area. His family moved to Missouri in 1835. Stephanos graduated at Missouri State (then SMSU), with a BS in Sociology after being inducted into Al- pha Kappa Delta, the International Sociological Society. After years of doing jobs “no one else wanted” he ran for office as State Representative for District 132. Despite favorable press for his opponent, House Minority Leader Crystal Quade, and being outspent 12 to 1, he received 43.6% of the vote. His opponent is now running for Governor in 2024. He wrote this book while re- covering from a torn perennial tendon, an overuse injury, which occurred during campaigning door-to-door. Despite the letdown, torn tendon, and accompanying financial hardship, when asked if he would do it again he responds, “Hell yes, I would!”
