Summary of “Power of the Vampire” In the second book of “The Saga of a World Called Htrae,” Laurel is kidnapped by a hybrid named Learden. When she looses hope of ever seeing Kianas again, she gives herself up to the feelings she has for Learden. But when Kianas comes back into her life she finds she must make a decision between them before one of them dies.
