Have you ever wondered why there's always someone out there who stands under the Socialist banner? It's like as though Socialism is a good thing. Socialists just keep popping up everywhere, don't you agree?
This book covers up not only what Socialism is about but also what Democracy is about. There are indeed 3 types of people who like Socialism. (1) those who follow the crowd and likes the perks, (2) those who understand the similarities of Socialism & religions, (3) scholars/philosophers/people who would like to see a better world. There are also 3 types of people who hate Socialism. (1) those who follow the crowd or those who are instigated by someone to hate socialism, (2) those who have had bad experiences being governed by a so-called 'socialist', (3) those who prefer to retain their freedoms and rights which includes Capitalists, evil people, defiers of God's laws, etc.
If there are only 2 choices, Democracy & Socialism, which would you choose?
From the haters, point number 2, is a reasonable excuse to hate Socialism. But like everything else, there are fake Socialists and real Socialists. Authoritative leaders rule by their personalities. In fact this goes for every leader. Every person has a preference. But what i mean by fake Socialist, is someone who calls himself a Socialist, when he is actually a Communist. People like to get these 2 words mixed up. A communist is someone whose goal is Socialism but uses force to accomplish the goal. A real Socialist, on the other hand, is someone whose goal is Socialism but he teaches and gathers like-minded people to accomplish the goal. (The like-minded people here also consists of the future citizens themselves. And so the best Socialist utopia is the one where everybody is a philosopher who understands the whys and hence chooses to live in a Socialist environment; but because it is difficult for everyone to understand the whys, that is why most socialists become communist in order to get results. Therefore from the communist mindset, the result is important but the process isn't. But from the Socialist mindset, the result is important and the process leading to the result is more important - in order to achieve a harmonious society, the inhabitants must first understand and then willingly choose to live a certain way without being forced upon.)
One of the things that a true Socialist hates is competition that is why when you see cartoons of Socialist utopias, you see only one brand of cheese, one brand of milk -- there isn't any competition but the whole community itself represents a single, working, family-oriented company that produces the goods for itself to consume. There are many ways to reach Socialism but only the one who reaches Socialism the correct way according to the personalities of a Socialist, can be called a Socialist. And so when you see political parties calling themselves Socialist, what you are seeing is either (1) communists in disguise, or (2) a hybrid form of Socialism who allows for competition.
This book addresses the misconceptions of what Socialism truly is. People likes to get it wrong. Now, if you like Democracy but hate Capitalists, i need you to know that real Socialists hate real Capitalists and vice versa because one of them is selfish & ignorant whilst the other is selfless & caring. In religion, God has authority and he does as he pleases. In the eyes of God, there exist both evil people and good people and his laws only benefit good people. Whereas in Democracy, it does not differentiate between evil people and good people and both parties have freedoms and rights, although there are laws but because of the rights and freedoms, laws can be manipulated to protect the wrong people.
