Overview

Principle Grinder is a quick read book meant to exercise your thoughts and build reflective insights on Operational Excellence. The journey of Operational Excellence can be difficult to understand and even intimidating when determining when and how to start. Craig Otto presents the concept of knowing "why" over how by focusing in on the principles of Operational Excellence. He takes the reader through a process called the Principle Grind to identify gaps and show opportunities by using principles. Humility is ultimately the foundational principle that enables Operational Excellence to be possible. It helps us answer the question of why and creates the mindset, engagement, and culture of excellence. How will you lead with humility in your Operational Excellence Journey?
