About the Author

Stephen D. Nadauld is a professor in the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. Brother Nadauld has been the CEO of a dairy cooperative and president of Weber State University; he also served for five years as a General Authority in the Second Quorum of the Seventy in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Brother Nadauld is married to Margaret Dyreng Nadauld, who currently serves as the Young Women General President of teh Church. The Nadaulds are the parents of seven sons, have five grandchildren, and reside in Bountiful, Utah.
