I recently figured out that I have a pretty severe sensitivity to MSG and was shocked and frightened to discover it is in almost everything processed, even most of the stuff I get at the health food store. As a vegetarian, I was afraid I was going to have to try eating meat again once I realized no fake meat products are really safe. Then I ordered this book! Now I practically live off of the recipes in here. Even if you're not strict vegan or gluten free I recommend it! Try the lasagna...omg...

I recently found I am sensitive to MSG in foods and my husband also needs a gluten free diet. This cookbook covers both of those. Sometimes I buy recipe books and then don't end up using them that much. Not with this one! I've made many of the recipes in this book and continue to try new ones. They are all delicious and have given me some wonderful new ideas for cooking without msg and gluten that I can use on my own as well.
