About the Author

Daniel Horning was born in 1980 in France and grew up in the Drôme region, between the Provence
and the Alps, where majestic valleys and scenic mountain views provide the ideal place for mastering the art
of natural stone, which he has practiced passionately until today. Unfortunately, during a crucial time in
his life, specifically his teenage years, he faced a lack of guidance. After having experienced a
continuous bad trip for months at the age of sixteen, he had the feeling of being trapped in a never-ending
nightmare and was incapable of accomplishing daily tasks for years.

Hoping to leave his problems behind, he relocated to California in 2013. He had a terrible attitude
and was incredibly selfish, rude, and arrogant. After receiving countless reminders of his negative
behavior, in 2018, he finally began his self-improvement journey. In 2021, it gave birth to his first book:
Pure Love, The Journey of Becoming a Loving Human. Within its pages, he shares his successful
transformation as a loving human that he accomplished to a fair extent within a year by committing
to the fundamentals of Pure Love with the help of the Pure Love Self-Improvement System.
Drawing upon his experience as a stone artist, he brought to life the symbol of Pure Love:
a heart-shaped limestone sculpture formed by five blocks.

Apart from his writing, Daniel has a passion for nature and finds great joy in exploring the mountains.
He practices incline running at a fairly high level. Mountains inspired Pure Love during
his incline running practice, which enhanced his cognitive abilities to the extent that he could
easily access many of the answers to his queries. Those answers were directly converted into voice-recorded notes. The success we achieve is a result of the reasons underlying our choices. In his case,
he was running to develop a perseverant mindset, become more loving, seek the Truth, and better
his relationship with himself.
