About the Author

Larry Barthurst grew up in Midlothian, Virginia, and is a graduate of the University of Richmond and the University of North Carolina. He was the 1973 Virginia State decathlon champion and coached eleven years at his alma maters. He currently designs and builds custom homes, and his hobbies are gardening and building eighteenth-century furniture in his shop. He lives with his wife, Carolyn, in Amelia County, Virginia. His previous novel is entitled Mission: Cain.
