I think these cheesecake brownies are even BETTER than a regular Red Velvet Cake! I like the texture of the moist brownie (which has more cocoa than a standard Red Velvet Cake) and that wonderful cheesecake marbled through ~ after all, isn't the cream cheese frosting on the cake the best part? This one is totally made from scratch ~ not very hard and definitely worth the time to do it!
