About the Author

Lekhooa S. Booysen was born at Smithfield in 1946. He matriculated from Moroko High School, Thaba 'Nchu in 1968, whereupon he studied Theology at the Witsieshoek Theological School of the N.G. Kerk. After completing these studies, he also obtained a B.A. and Hons B.A. degree at Unisa in 1982 and 1984 respectively, majoring in Criminology. He has served several congregations as minister of religion.
