Rochelle Gregory is a California native, born in Los Angeles and raised in nearby Culver City. After high school graduation, she lived several years abroad, in both the Middle East and Europe. She studied literature and history at the University of Paris VIII. Back in the U.S., she continued her university studies, ultimately becoming a secondary English teacher, and later, a high school librarian. In addition to loving literature, art, and history, Rochelle has always adored horses. She is also the proud mother of two young adult children.
After retirement, Rochelle and her husband lived in France for over six years. They currently reside in Ireland. She has two horses, an Irish Draught and an Arabian, and enjoys the equestrian discipline of dressage. She also once owned a lovely Norwegian Fjord mare named Seraphina, the inspiration for this book.
