About the Author

Danny Doucette, MBA, MPA, is a Certified Life Coach and Executive Coach with over 12 years of Leadership consultant. Danny has coached leaders within the government service, including Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard. He has partnered with several universities and colleges and taught Organization Behavior for 12 years and continues as a consultant in many of these universities and colleges.

His Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, MBA in Management, and MPA in Human Resources make him highly qualified to coach in organizational behavior at the C-suite level. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the largest International Coaching Federation organization in the world.

Additionally, he’s a retired law enforcement police officer with the New York City Police Department and has served during the attacks of September 11th, 2001.
