"A happy kitchen spatula wearing tennis shoes—what a fun character! And what fresh alphabetic discoveries readers can make with Quickly and friends on their adventure in the South African bush, learning about creatures like the 'I for impala' that bound all around without making a sound. The rhymes engage, the illustrations charm—even the safari jeep is smiling, mirroring my pleasure in this fine children's book."
