The Most High has appointed four all-seeing mystical wise men, also known as The Four Oracles of the Universe,Raven, Lebin, Dokken, & Ooht & blessed them with the Eternal Crescent Light. The Eternal Crescent Light is the energy & essence The Most High used to create the universe & the planets in the universe with. Ooht, the fourth all-seeing mystical wise man was charged & appointed the task of forming a team of Road Riders to protect the universe & planet earth from destruction by the evil forces of Skull Duggery.
