Overview

In a small town known as Sicily, Italy, lives a peculiar twenty-two year old named Gemma Ricci. Gemma's parents, Rosalina and Matteo Ricci along with their two other children, Leo and Olivia, live in an old house that is a family heirloom. In this house, the Ricci's prosper and thrive as a family but at times have their disagreements. Gemma isn't like the rest of her family as she's more interested in things like reading, swimming and photographing than say a relationship. Gemma's family worries that she won't find the right person to complete her life.
Gemma being the woman she is, ignores this issue until someone of the name Isabella Bianchi comes into her life. These two develop a strong bond that is eventually tested by an unexpected opportunity. This results in one of them choosing between love and success.
