About the Author

Born in Germany and raised by nuns in a Catholic church, Lisa Gentry has been a fleet-fingered crocheter since the age of six when she learned crochet in 1st grade. Lisa now lives in Louisiana on a beautiful lake, and her fingers are still flying through yarn. Lisa meets with a lively group of fellow crocheters who share new ideas, techniques, and supplies. She also teaches crocheting at the local library. Lisa’s design career started in 2004 when she sold her patterns on Ebay. Fold 1 Tie in half forming a lp at folded end. Draw lp through back center of Shoe, thread ends of strands through lp and pull to tighten and secure. Trim ends. Rep on rem Shoe.

Referring to photo for placement, sew 1 Flower to each Shoe.

Tutu

Cut 30 tulle strips, each 10 inches long.

Row 1 (RS): With size F hook and pretty pink, ch 1, *fold 1 tulle strip in half to make a lp, sc in tulle lp by inserting hook through tulle lp and draw up a lp (2 lps on hook), yo and pull through 2 lps on hook, ch 1, rep from * 29 times, turn. (30 sc, 31 ch-1 sps)

Row 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in each sc across, turn. (60 sc)

Rows 3 & 4: Ch 1, sc in each sc across, working across short edge, ch 1, sc in side of row 4, ch 3 (buttonhole made), sc in side of row 1. Fasten off.

Finishing

Trim ends of tulle strips so they measure about 4 inches.

Sew a button to end of Skirt band opposite buttonhole.

Armhole Edging

Finishing

Sew 3 buttons evenly sp to edge of Right Back. Use st openings on edge of Left Back for buttonholes.
