Spiced Apple Cider Caramel Cookies

This is a new recipe that I tried this year, and it's WONDERFUL! I love the flavor of CARAMEL APPLE, but melting those caramels is such a pain! This is a homemade (from scratch) Apple Cider butter dough, wrapped around a whole caramel ~ which melts (and gets wonderful and gooey) in the oven. Actually VERY EASY to do and something different that the whole family will love! (no nuts in here)
