About the Author

Sister Vincent Regnault, D.C., was a French nun and author of the twentieth century. Her St. Louise de Marillac: Servant of the Poor details a comprehensive amount of actual words from the saint herself, per original sources. The work was first published in French by Editions S.O.S. of rue du Bac in 1974. Sister Regnault's work was also printed by the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul in 1983, receiving the Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur upon publication.
