Jane Killick built a reputation for going behind the scenes of films and TV for many magazines in the UK, including the Red Dwarf Smegazine. She is the author of the acclaimed Season-by-Season guides to Babylon 5.

Her novels include the Perceivers series about teenagers with mind powers, the Freelancer space adventure trilogy and Terraforming Mars. While writing her books, Jane continues to work for the BBC reading the news for local radio. She lives in a village in Bedfordshire in England where her quest for the perfect garden remains elusive.

I found myself itching to re-watch episodes as Killick retold fondly remembered moments, and I even dug out my credit card to fill in a gap in my collection when I realised I didnt have season nine on DVD... This should be on all Red Dwarf fans Christmas lists, as it fills in the gaps about how the show was made and what was going on behind those much loved scenes; a handy companion to have at hand while watching the episodes.
