Stronger Than Yesterday: On Hold Blessings

Overview

'On Hold Blessings' was truly a blessing to me. God gave me this knowledge for understanding, and to share it with you. Often times when we are diligent in meditating on the Word of God, sharing His Word with others, applying His Word to our lives, worshipping and praising Him, we believe we should receive what we have prayed for. Psalm 32:1 says, we receive good things as a gift of grace, we do not deserve them nor have we earned them because of good works. The Lord loves us, we are His children. However, He will not bless us until He feels the timing is right, and our motives for what we ask Him for are sincere. Keep in mind that the best blessing from God was the sacrifice of His only Son, Who willfully gave His life so that we may have one. Give God thanksgiving, not wish lists. Before you ask God for anything thank Him for what He has already done, and then ask for discernment on what we should ask for.
