Overview

Hanshi (master instructor) Annesi opines on training in traditional martial arts from a unique and often philosophical point of view. These essays taken from his weekly offerings on www.bushdio-kai.net, offer an original perspective on dozens of subjects, sometimes taking unexpected, but always well-conceived of positions, the exposure to which will both entertain and stimulate martial artists of all kinds.
