About the Author

V.P. Novak writes psychological suspense stories while debating characters and plot twists with his dog, Barkley. He was born in Philadelphia, spent twenty years in Pittsburgh, and lived significant portions of his life in Colorado and Massachusetts. He now lives in North Carolina.
While his stories incorporate crime, mystery, and villains with a dissolving sense of reality, his characters grow from his roots. A heritage anchored in the anthracite coal region of northeast Pennsylvania and stretches into blue-collar Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
