Bill Webb, MIRM, is a past president of the Institute of Residential Marketing of the National Association of Home Builders and is a winner of its Excellence in Education Award for his lifetime contributions to the Institute. Bill is the author of two of the four core courses required for membership in the Institute, Understanding Housing Markets and Consumers and The Challenge of New Home Sales Management.
Bill is a graduate of Woodberry Forest School in Orange, Virginia, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds an MBA in Marketing from the Kenan-Flagler Graduate School of Business at UNC. Bill is a former Naval officer and is a certified Master Scuba Diver and Divemaster.
