I've tried two dozen recipes so far and all I can say is... yummy yummy! They weren't that hard to make either. Each recipe required just a couple of ingredients that you can find anywhere. It was amazing.

Easy to read with practical suggestions. Love the easy to follow meal plan and recipes. I'm not the greatest cook but these recipes are doable, even for someone like me!

Well written book with good recipes. As I read through the book, I made notes as to which recipes interested me the most. Now that I've finished the book, I'm going to go back and prepare these recipes. Can't wait to see the results!

Beneficial book to the very end! It explains the whole foods you need to eat and why they work well in the body. The recipes are addictive, healthy, and tasty!
