Overview

My mother had the right to choose, and she chose me. I wonder if life is meant to be a cycle of living to survive, or is it merely about surviving to live?
I am Darius Allen, and although I don't know for sure if abortion is right or wrong, I do believe in free will. In these modern times, we look around and witness classic examples regarding abortion that result in the cause and effect we all experience. We feel a sense of deep knowing and connection, whether by choice, politics, reason, religion, or whatever institution. It's about time we took a deeper look at the subjective topic of abortion and its effects on society, politics, women, religion, culture, crime, healthcare, finance and business, human rights, the family unit, and the entire creation of human functions within a society. We must ask ourselves whether we are creating good or bad karma. Now is the time to decide. With the changing times, I think our approaches should change too.
The time to make a choice is now. What will you choose?

About the Author

Darius Allen is a dedicated father and family man. Darius had food, clothing, a home, with a loving mother to protect him when he was a child. Darius cannot imagine the mental or physical pain of a woman giving birth, but his son died in a car accident, it was unbearable, and it did test his faith. He thought God had forgotten him. He was angry at God and life itself.
When a woman chooses to have an abortion, he can imagine the loss she may feel, maybe doubt her choices, God, and her abilities. He can also imagine that it’s possible for a mother giving birth to not have the means to take care of the child, not being able to feed, cloth, or protect that child. Perhaps she has been living a life of abuse and neglect with her partner.
Life is sometimes hard and, at times, may seem unfair. So like Darius, when his son died, he eventually regained his trust in God. Darius believes that no matter our life choices, one has to be strong and determined to overcome anything this world puts in our path. He wants his readers to be strong, pray if needed, talk to someone, ask for help, and survive because life is only what we make of it, good or bad.
