About the Author

Judith Jones Muchowski was born and raised in Botswana, which gives her a unique perspective for her children's stories set in Africa. Since leaving Africa Judith has lived in Canada, Mexico and Northern California. In California she worked as a Technical Writer in the computer industry. She and her husband Joseph returned to Canada and now live in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. They have three children, and eight grandchildren.
