About the Author

P. D. Alexander was diagnosed at a young age with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Though she struggled with connecting in social settings, she began drawing before she could speak, as a way to communicate and share her interests. Through years of ABA, speech, and OT therapies, classroom modifications, and support of her family, she has grown into a well-rounded individual and graduated from high school.
She is an avid reader of nonfiction and enjoys learning as much about a category of knowledge as possible.
She continues to seek out connection by sharing her artwork with the world.
