About the Author

I spent 6 years in an American prison and overcame a 12 year Heroin addiction- I am now 10 years sober and have the best career of my life. At the age of 40, I have never felt better. This book kept me alive in Prison- it gave me a reason to be the change I needed. I am a father of 1 and working towards a better life.
