About the Author

Lindsay Brin, CPT, BSE, is a fitness and nutrition expert, and a former NFL cheerleader. She was the fitness trainer for the St. Louis Rams Cheerleaders, and, in 2005, Lindsay joined the squad herself. In addition to her work with the NFL, Lindsay founded Moms Into Fitness to help women stay fit and healthy during pregnancy.
