In truth, every action contains a special event that combines the entire body, mind and spirit to a united system. This activity is to make one self through the action of the united system to imagine and feel on how to follow the procedure that the Universe was created by the creative energy coming from the origin, also to experience a huge explosion to smash an old one self (who may have some different degree of diseases, distresses and traumas in the body, heart and spiritual aspect). And then to create a new one self through the steps of creating heaven and earth, creating everything, reborn and, etc. (The new self will reach at a high degree of unity and harmony in the body, mind and spirit, and get into a healthy, happy, quiet and bright “new world”.) It might be an effectiveness of rejuvenated youth, anti-aging with health and longevity and solved some hard problems in the body, mind and spiritual aspects that should be very difficult to overcome by simply relying on the regular methods, in the event If you could often practice with the original light of Tao's heart.

Jeffrey Day Biography

Jeffrey Day is a contemporary heir of Dai's Tao Xin Xiu Zhen ( a historical healthy academic system of Tao's theory and practice in English), containing four thousand years of heritage and practice history. He was invited to USA and Canada to teach Dai's Tao Xin Xiu Zhen. He also made some excellent cooperation with relevant medical institutions and specialists for that management of incurable diseases and achieved achievement.

Early years, he furthermore studied and researched present business management, systems engineering and management information systems in western Jiaotong University. He was the duty for managing some large integrated projects as being a senior project manager, chief technology officer or president. So he has a rich experience in project management and development. He was received a member by China Systems Engineering Society along with the International System Dynamics, published several papers, that are fitted with a particular scientific and academic level.
