About the Author

An experienced media man scholar and author, S. C. Bhatt, had long experience as head of important department in the Government like News Services Division of Air Publications Division, DAVP, Research and Reference Division. He became a China watcher as AIR correspondent in Hong Kong. As one of the founding faculties of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and as a guest lecturer in recent years. He has trained a number of medial hands.
