The Dream Weaver

Tony McNeil is an advanced young boy who has dreams of becoming someone who helps others. After an accident that leaves him in the hospital for a few days, he awakes to find that he's been given a very powerful gift: He can alter reality with his dreams. But, nothing in this world is free, as he comes to realize. Every time he uses his gift, he has a seizure.

Out of the hospital, everything starts to look up: his mom and dad are getting along again, and they're finally able to afford some nice things. But it's short-lived...an accident takes his whole family and he is thrown into the foster care system; bouncing from one home to another until he ends up at Grover Homes-a group home for teenagers. While there, he makes new friends but is also thrown into a sinister plot-Someone is kidnapping the girls.

Meanwhile, Semion Djaneve, a powerful inventor, is searching for the very ability Tony has. Using perverse methods he stumbles upon an answer.

At the group home, Tony and his friends decide to take a stand against the kidnappings and with his ability-that he's kept a secret-he does more than help: he attracts the attention of Semion, who will stop at nothing until he has what Tony does...
