The Drewe Sisters, a Boxed Set
A Boxed Set of the Regency novellas Allegra's Song by Alicia Rasley, and The Rake and the Spinster by Lynn Kerstan.

Allegra's Song
The warrior returns... but he never really comes home. Allegra has longed for the return of her soldier husband. But when the war ends, he is more distant than ever. After months of trying to reach him, she leaves to chaperone her husband-hunting younger sister at a duchess's house party. Only then does Nicholas know that to win her, he must leave the war behind and truly come home to her for good.

The Rake and the Spinster
Lady Magdalen Drewe has devoted her life to her orphaned sisters, fiercely determined to protect them from the attentions of predatory males like the too-charming Earl of Keverne. But it's the spinster who has caught his eye, and when he carries her off to his estate by the sea, she knows he is every bit the scoundrel she had thought. But he also understands her as no one has ever done and shows her how to create a flourishing life of her own. Well, after she puts a bullet in him. . . .

Two RITA-award winning romance writers collaborate to create an intensely romantic and elegantly written pair of novellas.

About the Author

About the author:
Lynn Kerstan, former college professor, folksinger, professional bridge player, and nun, is the author of nine Regency romances, seven historical romances, and several novellas. A dedicated traveler and lover of history, she writes romantic
adventures set in early 19th-Century England, where intrepid women and
elegant, dangerous men are to be found.
For many years a teacher of English literature and writing at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and the University of San Diego, Kerstan now conducts popular-fiction workshops for writers groups and conferences. When off-duty, she lives an exemplary life in Coronado, California, where she plots her stories while riding her boogie board, walking on the beach, and watching Navy SEALs jog by.
