Theresa Marie Petruzzelli-Townsend has been hoping to write and illustrate children’s books based on the miraculous writings of Maria Valtorta since 2003. Feeling guided by the Holy Spirit, Theresa began to write this initial book during the 2020 pandemic. ‘The Earth Quaked that First Easter Morn’ is her first effort to write in rhyme and paint with watercolors.
Theresa Townsend is a retired architect and lives in northern California with her husband.
