About the Author

I grew up in a small town in North Central Florida. I never thought I would ever in a million years write a book. To be honest I was barely a C+ student in English classes in high school and college and had no ambition to write. Growing up in the country brought great values and a burning passion to help others anyway that I can. I had drive but no direction. I didn't know my passion to help others would intersect with my career growth in wanting to be successful. What influenced me to become a writer for this book was watching such a high turnover in an industry where I feel adequate training is needed. I had this sensational burning desire to help leasing professionals achieve more than they were getting trained. This book will give another prospective to a saturated market on how to treat people like people and not a number.
