In the process, the victims of apartheid have now become victims of democracy's neo-liberalism as the government is constrained from being developmental, interventionist and redistributive.

About the Author

Clarence Tshitereke was born in Sibasa, South Africa - 1975. He studied politics at the Universities of Cape Town and Stellenbosch and completed a Ph.D. with Queen's University at Kingston in Canada.
